Hello, my name is Wendy! I'm a Mom, daughter, sister, nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of NH. I mention this because my specialty is stress reduction and I know a lot about feeling stressed! Stress is everywhere and we all have it in our lives. Good stress as well as negative stress, it is all around us.
I believe that bringing balance into your daily being increases quality of life. I can guide you in achieving this balance through massage therapy and introducing other helpful strategies along the way.
